andDanielle's blog...if not, make sure to go there and to the TMITA page to catch up. I don't want to keep you long at this stop so here's the project I created using one of Nina's new images. It's call "Beach, Ball and Book"...I think you can see why :)
1 cup butter/margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 12oz package white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped macadamia nut pieces (I'm sure any nut pieces would work here)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia pieces.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking pans. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.
My 'secret word' is: CUPCAKES
