Colorful Snow!

Day 259 - Imagine This: Snow

Okay, gotta admit that I was kinda bummed when I saw this challenge as this seemed to be my theme for the WEEK! I'd already done two snow cards so while shopping yesterday, I just had to buy some more stuff in this theme! This is the only way I'll see snow this winter since it only happens in Hawaii on the peaks of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa on the Big Island. :) The paper and sentiment sticker are from Heidi Grace Designs by Fiskars. I thought it was fun with the different/non-traditional colors. I tried to take a close up of the sticker so you could read it but it's a bit out of focus...sorry. Layout is from the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #44.

We also had a puppy playdate today as Malie's sister, Pomai, spent the morning with us while her owner was playing soccer. Then I got some free landscaping advice when she came to pick her up. :) Needless to say, Malie is wiped...looks like I might get away with no walk this afternoon...which is good because I haven't gotten much done today that I wanted to (gotta get those bills paid!). Anyway, here's a pick of the girls during a lull in their wrestling match. Pomai is closest to the camera. TFL!
