Magical Monday - Snowy Flight

Here we are, time for another FABULOUS and FREE image from Nina May at There's Magic in the Air (TMITA)!!! Be sure to check it out and please join us in this week's FUN challenge using the image on "anything but a card." I've been wanting to make one of these 'Christmas organizers' since I saw it on SCS several years ago and this was the perfect opportunity to do so! I've actually been collecting the materials for this for awhile but ended up putting it together a bit differently than I had in my head. Oh well, I hope it shows the FANTASTIC versatility of digital stamps as the image is sized differently throughout and I was even able to color it digitally (using Microsoft Paint) and add shaped text to it. :) So here it is in its entirety:

INSIDE (all panels)

FIRST PANEL (close up)

This panel includes two "TO DO" list sheets and a small calendar with November, December and January (calendar templates were found on SCS too).

SECOND PANEL

This panel includes two 'Shopping List' inserts and a place for post-it notes (I happened to have white ones that coordinated well with the colors!)

THIRD PANEL

This panel includes a 'Cookie List' and 'Menu Planner' inserts and of course, a place for 'My Wish List'!

FOURTH PANEL

This panel includes 'Gift List' and 'Christmas Card List" inserts and a small envelop to hold 3 gift tags. Also a nice pen holder :)

I mainly followed directions for the organizer found here. Some modifications included, since I had a red file folder I didn't cover it completely and I also did tags instead of paperclips. I didn't purchase the inserts that Hannah has available on her website, instead I made up my own. I'm more than willing to share what I came up with but I haven't had time to figure out how to attach Word files to the blog. So if you are interested in seeing what I did, please email me and I'll send them to you that way (only available in a Word file).
