Day 176 - Super Sketchy Sunday
My dear mother begged me to make a card tonight, so here's my interpretation of the sketch challenge from 365 cards. I think it's a loose interpretation of the sketch but I was inspired by and CASE'd said dear mother and her take on the challenge. Used the same paper (Parisian Breeze Speciality DSP) but I used a different pattern, as well as the idea of a "flapper" card. Also used the Baroque Motifs stamp. I vacillated between it looking like a purse and envelop. I did the "tassels" thinking it was a purse, but once all together I see the envelop. Oh well, at least I pleased my mother :)

This is a lovely take on the sketch. I love your colours and the little tassels
WOW - you made some awsome cards! I like how this turned out and the tassels really set it off. It would make a neat package (envelope)for a special card, like a card for your mother or somethin'...I hope your card making bought a little R & R to your busy schedule, after all, you do live in Paradise, enjoy it!
Love, SAM aka MOM
