Skating by...a little late!

Happy belated Thanksgiving and Happy Black Friday!!! Well, it's still the former and not quite the other as I post this but probably pretty close to it for those of you on the mainland! I love this Designed2Delight skating penguin image (find it in the shop here) and wanted to create something with her earlier this week, but I was preparing other projects (which you'll see Saturday!) so didn't have time. Well in my post-turkey state, I created this fun card! And I love this sentiment...used on a card last year too!
Here's some other challenges I was inspired by for this one:
1. Alphabet Challenge Blog - D for doodling: I doodled the swirls around the image
2. Anything Goes Challenge Blog - Animals
3. Artful INKables - punches &/or die cuts: got die cuts on this one (including the snowflakes!)
4. CREATIVE BELLI BLOG - "R" embellishments: got ribbon
5. Die Cut Dreams Christmas Club - anything goes Christmas
6. digital tuesday challenge - let it snow + digi
7. Double Delight Challenges - penguin image + snowflakes
8. Easy Craft Projects - Challenges - snow
9. Eat Sleep Stamp - sketch
10. Fab 'n' Funky Challenges - "going with the flow" (anything you want)
11. Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge - Christmas without red & green
12. I Did it Creations Challenge - wings
13. Inktegrity - anything goes
14. Papertake Weekly Challenge - Cut it out (something punched or die cut)
15. Pear Tree Designs - colourful
16. pile it on - winter-inspired
17. Simon Says Challenge - let it snow
18. Stampin' B's Design Team - holiday card
19. Stampin' for the Weekend - winter
20. The Creative Cottage Challenge - nontraditional Christmas colors
21. The TownScrapper - image inspired
22. Totally Gorjuss - not quite so traditional colors on Christmas card
23. TotallyPaperCrafts - snow/snowflakes
24. .. wee Memories .. - little bit of pink
25. Whoopsi Daisy Challenge - holiday

Aloha,

Love the colors! And your doodling is awesome - at first I thought, where did KL doodle? Then I enlarged it and was like, "WOW dude, she put some time in that!" Love your snowflakes and tiny bells, what a perfect accent and is that flower soft I see? Love it, can't wait to see the other projects tomorrow!

Love, SAM aka MOM
