Well, today's challenge at 365 Cards isn't too hard so I hope to see a lot of you play this week! Pam wants to see something "all natural" on your card...easy peasy! I ran with her idea of making leaf print. My fabulous parents helped me landscape my backyard this past Christmas so I have lots of beautiful plants to choose from! I though this laua'e ("la-why-e") fern was perfect given the spores on the bottom of the leaf to get it extra texture. I just simply pressed the leaf into my Kiwi Kiss ink pad, place it on my cardstock with a cover sheet and ran my brayer over it a bit. I wanted the focus to be on the print and text so kept the rest of it very simple. I got to use the fab {ippity} "Thanks." stamp.

Oh well, I CAN go back to bed today and not call in sick to do it!
Love the leaf print and that Kiwi Kiss is perfect for the color. I 'thinks' I might try a 'print' of sort myself! Can't wait to play along with this challenge!
Have a great day!
